Return & Refund Policy of fonetra.com

If you are not happy with your services, we will accept a refund of the uncompleted project within 30 days. Once we receive the refund request will then give a full refund without any extra fees.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Fonetra will not issue refunds services that It has been two weeks since their delivery.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all refunds. In the unlikely event that a request does not accept by fonetra will be canceled.
